  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 2 Tbsp. Irish whiskey
  • 1 baked and cooled (9-inch) pie shell or prepared crumb crust

Directions

    Place gelatin, sugar and salt in saucepan; add milk and stir until well blended.

    Place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until sugar and gelatin are dissolved.
