  • 2 (16 oz.) cans sliced peaches, drained (reserve 1/4 c. liquid)
  • 2 c. Keebler cinnamon crisp crumbs (about 12 crackers)
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • half and half or cream (if desired)

Directions

    Arrange peaches in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

    Pour 1/4 cup liquid over peaches. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over peaches.

    Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes, until topping is golden brown.

    Serve with cream as desired.
