  • 2 doz. eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Scramble the eggs with the milk and oleo.

    Put in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Over top, spread the soup, mushrooms and cheese.

    Put in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake at 250° for 50 to 60 minutes.
