  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. chocolate
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. cream potatoes
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Using mixer, combine the first 6 ingredients.

    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Bake in 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans at 325° until done (toothpick inserted in center of cake should come out clean).

    Remove from oven and let set 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool.

    Frost.
