  • 1/8 c cold water
  • 1/3 c solid vegetable shortening *

  • Filling:
  • 2/3 c water
  • 1 12.3 oz. box firm silken tofu
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 7 TBS cornstarch
  • 1 TBS canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c lime juice
