Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil sesame
  • 1/2 cup soy powder
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup milk non-instant -- skim
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups Irish ale
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

    1. Mix eggs, oil, Worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper in large non-stick pan over very low flame.

    2. Slowly add soy powder and dry skim milk, mixing thoroughly.

    3. Gradually add Irish Ale, stirring constantly.

    4. Then slowly add grated cheese, stirring until very hot and smooth.

    5. Serve over toast.
