  • 2 lb. boneless lamb, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. carrots, sliced
  • 1 c. turnips, cubed
  • 2 to 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. boiling water

Directions

    Brown lamb in oil.
