- 1 c. carrots, sliced
- 1 c. turnips, cubed
- 2 to 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. boiling water
Directions

1Brown lamb in oil.

2Pour water over lamb.

3Cover and simmer one hour.
