- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. Gouda cheese or smokey Gouda, grated
- 1 small can evaporated milk (5 oz.)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook grits according to package directions.

3Mix all ingredients and pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

4Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.

5Garnish with paprika and grate more Gouda on top.

6Place under broiler to melt.
