  • 1 cup fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/4 pounds white potatoes peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pound lean lamb for stew, cut into 1- inch cubes
  • 8 ounces frozen cut green beans, thawed
  • 2 small leeks, cut length wise into halves, then crosswise into slices
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped carrots

Directions

    1 Combine broth, marjoram, parsley, salt, garlic powder and pepper in large bowl; mix well. Transfer to Crock pot.
