- 1 lb Beef Stew cubes
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tbsp beef bullion granules
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 carrots (medium) - diced
- 3 potatoes - diced
- 1 onion (medium) - cut in wedges
- 3 cup cabbage (chopped)
Directions

1Brown beef in a heavy skillet, in oil, over medium heat

2Add garlic to skillet.

3Cook for 2 minutes.

4Add water, bullion, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and pepper to skillet.

5Simmer for 1 hour.

6Add remaining ingredients, except cabbage.

7Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

8Add cabbage to skillet.

9Cover, and simmer until cabbage is done.
