  • 1 lb Beef Stew cubes
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp beef bullion granules
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 carrots (medium) - diced
  • 3 potatoes - diced
  • 1 onion (medium) - cut in wedges
  • 3 cup cabbage (chopped)

Directions

    Brown beef in a heavy skillet, in oil, over medium heat

    Add garlic to skillet.

    Cook for 2 minutes.

    Add water, bullion, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and pepper to skillet.

    Simmer for 1 hour.

    Add remaining ingredients, except cabbage.

    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

    Add cabbage to skillet.

    Cover, and simmer until cabbage is done.
