Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz parsley fresh (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 oz spearmint (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 oz cilantro (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 each apple
- 1/2 each pear
- 10 oz ginger (slice about 1/2 inch thick, 1 inch wide)
- 4 oz lettuce (5 romaine lettuce leaves)
- 1 pinch chia seeds
- 1 each Juice from 1/2 lemon
Directions

1Clean all herbs and remove from stems.

2Slice apple and pear.

3Add all ingredients in food processor or blender (except chia seeds) and pulse until desired consistency.

4Garnish with a sprinkle chia seeds.

5tastes even better chilled.

6Add 1/2 cup or more water or apple juice for a thinner consistency and additional sweetness.

7Tbs of lemon juice also adds freshness.
