Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz.) sliced pineapple
  • 4 to 6 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup

Directions

    Drain pineapple.

    Reserve syrup.

    In large skillet, brown chops in oil.

    Add onion and saute until soft.

    Drain fat.

    Add reserved pineapple syrup and remaining ingredients.

    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

    Turn chops, cover and simmer 20 minutes longer.

    Add pineapple slices and heat through.
