Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tropical fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 lb seedless green grape, washed, picked from stems
  • 1 (15 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (4 ounce) container mascarpone, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag mini marshmallows

    Add sugar to mascarpone and mix well by hand or electric mixer.

    Add sour cream and mix well.

    Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.

    Stir fruit gently, mixing well.

    Cover with plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    Just before serving, spoon into a pretty glass or crystal serving bowl.
