  • 4 cans Northern beans (use the juice)
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes (use the juice)
  • 1 can collard greens, drained
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. ham base
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • garlic (fresh is best, use enough to flavor)

Directions

    Stir all ingredients together and put in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot!
