- 1 can beer
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 pt. pepperoncini peppers (mild) and juice
- oregano
- garlic
Directions

1Fry steak in a heavy skillet with lots of butter, then spread with salt and mustard.

2Cook over a low heat until very tender. Place on a hot platter.

3Pour a large cup of strong coffee in the frypan; let it boil up one time.

4Pour it over the steak and serve quickly.

5Serve with chopped, pickled walnuts.
