- 3 to 5 lb. beef roast
- 2 to 3 c. water
- 2 to 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco sauce to taste
Directions

1Roast meat, uncovered, about 2 1/2 hours.

2Cool and slice. Add water to pan drippings; stir in other ingredients.

3Add beef and let sit in refrigerator overnight.

4Reheat to serve.

5Remove beef from marinade before serving.
