- 2 chuck arm roasts or very lean beef
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves
- 3 stalks (sticks) celery
- 2 cubes beef bouillon
Directions

1Salt and pepper roasts.

2Bake in a roaster, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour.

3Place sliced onions on the roast.

4Cover and bake another 1 1/2 hours.

5Separate beef and juice.

6Cool overnight. Slice beef thin.

7Add 1 1/2 cups water and bouillon to the juice.
