  • 1 (3 oz.) favorite gelatin
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. hot water

    Beat egg whites and gradually add gelatin, beat until dissolved.

    Combine sugar, corn syrup and water.

    Bring to boil to firm ball stage.

    Add to egg whites.

    Beat until loses gloss.

    Add cherries and nuts.
