- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing (dry)
- 2 cans Campbell's French onion soup
Directions

1Place roast in metal baking dish.

2Pour French onion soup over roast and sprinkle with Good Seasons dressing.

3Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 45 minutes to an hour per pound.

4Remove roast from broth and shred meat.

5Put broth in a bowl and place in freezer to allow the grease to gel.

6Remove grease from broth and pour over shredded meat.

7Makes 6 to 8 sandwiches.
