  • 1 rolled rump roast
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • 2 tsp. marjoram
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic
  • green peppers to taste
  • onion, if desired
  • hot sauce, if desired

Directions

    Cook roast at 300° covered 1/2 hour per pound. Cool and slice.

    Reserve broth, skim off grease. Add thyme, worcestershire sauce, garlic, marjoram, green peppers, onions, and hot sauce. Simmer till pepper and onion are done.

    Add sliced beef and heat. Cool and marinate for several days.
