- 2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper ground coarse

Directions

1In a large bowl combine ground beef, salts and pepper.

2Mix well, cover and refrigerate.

3On second day mix again.

4Refrigerate.

5On third day mix again.

6Refrigerate.

7On fourth day shape into 5 rolls, about 1 1/2 inches X 10 inches Spray broiler rack with Pam.

8Lay rolls on rack, place on lower oven rack.

9Cook at 150?F for 8 to 10 hours.
