  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper and salt
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt or powder
  • 3 to 4 lb. rump roast or heel of round beef
