  • 5 to 6 lb. rump roast
  • 1 can Cottage Inn beef broth
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 large jar whole peppercorns (with juice)
  • 2 envelopes Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Place a 5 to 6 pound rump roast on baking pan.

    Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the top of the meat.
  3. 3
    Cover tightly with foil and bake for 3 hours at 350°.

    Don't peek!!! Remove meat and slice thin.

    Put back into juice.
