- 5 to 6 lb. rump roast
- 1 can Cottage Inn beef broth
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 large jar whole peppercorns (with juice)
- 2 envelopes Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Place a 5 to 6 pound rump roast on baking pan.

2Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the top of the meat.

3Cover tightly with foil and bake for 3 hours at 350°.

4Don't peek!!! Remove meat and slice thin.

5Put back into juice.
