  • 2 1/2 c. mixed veggies (carrots, celery, onions, cauliflower, squash, other desired veggie)
  • 8 Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 c. Hollandaise sauce

Directions

    Steam veggies together.

    Place mixture of veggies and sauce in center of rolls unfolded in points, overlap.

    Pull crescent points over veggies to close. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
