- 3 lb. rump or sirloin tip roast
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- dash of pepper
- mild pepperoncini juice
Directions

1Roast in pan with lid at 250° to 300° for about 4 hours.

2Done when starts to brown. Take meat out of juices, slice and leave in juices in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight. Simmer in crock-pot several hours.

3Serve on hard rolls with mild pepperoncini.
