Moravian Chicken Pies

Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless and boiled)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 Tbsp. oil (if no fat in broth)
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • water (enough to make 2 c. broth)
  • 2 deep dish pie shells

Directions

    Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.

    Break up 1 pie shell and place in bottom of dish.

    Crumble chicken on top of shell. Melt butter into soup plus 2 cups chicken broth.

    Pour over chicken.

    Crumble 2nd pie shell on top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
