  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 bottle Anise oil or extract

Directions

    Cream together sugar and butter. Add the remaining ingredients and blend together.

    Place in a floured pan shaped in a loaf. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 375°.

    While still hot, cut biscuits to thickness desired.
