Ingredients
- 1 tsp. cornmeal
- 6 c. unbleached flour
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Directions

1In an extra large bowl, add warm water, yeast and honey.

2Wait 10 minutes until yeast foams. Add oil, salt and 3 cups flour.

3Mix 5 minutes or until blended.

4Add another 2 cups flour gradually until dough forms a ball.

5Put flour on board or table.

6Put dough on floured board and let it rest for 5 minutes.

7Knead until dough is smooth and not sticky.

8Add flour as needed to make dough more workable. Put dough into lightly oiled bowl and let rise for 2 hours.

9Punch down.

10Let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size.
