- 1 loaf bread
- 1/2 liter olive oil
- 1 pinch dried basilicum
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp general Italian herbs
- 1 1/2 kg tomatoes
Directions

1mix all the herbs in a bowl with the oil.

2after half an hour, preheat the oven to 200C.

3take the oliveoil and smear out on thick slices of bread.

4when ready, put in oven for 10 min or until crispy, it really depends on the oven.

5while the bread it in the oven, slice tomatoes.

6when the bread is done and crispy, rub the tomatoes over the bread, really try to sqeeuze the juice into the bread.

7put the bread in the oven once again, same temperature, for 5 minutes.

8cut the used tomatoes and the unused ones in little pieces and put in a bowl.
-
9add a little vinegar of choice and pepper and salt to your taste.

10put the tomatos on the still warm bread and serve warm.

11a little warning, depending on the bread, it can be very crispy, so its not fit for people with aching gums :)
