Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cube butter
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1/4 c. warm water to dissolve 1 cake dry yeast
Directions

1Put flour, salt and sugar in bowl.

2Cut in butter as you would for pie dough.

3Add water and yeast.

4Knead well.

5Let rise about 45 minutes.

6Punch down and divide dough into 4 parts.

7Roll each part to about 12-inches.

8Cut into 12 or 14 pieces.

9Roll each piece as thin as a lead pencil.

10Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.

11Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until done.
