- 3 pkg. broccoli spears (frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Partly defrost broccoli.

2In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter.

3Cut garlic in half and saute until golden.

4Remove garlic; spread broccoli in a single layer in pan.

5Saute, turning gently for 10 minutes, until tender.

6Arrange in heatproof serving dish.

7Sprinkle with cheese; place under broiler for 1 minute. Serves 6 to 8.
