Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 c. noodles, cooked and drained
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Brown meat and drain.

3Add onion and cook until tender.

4Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper.

5Simmer 5 minutes.

6Heat milk and cream cheese over low heat, stirring until smooth.

7Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, green pepper, garlic salt and noodles.

8In 1 1/2-quart casserole, layer half of noodle mixture and meat sauce.

9Repeat layers.

10Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when serving.
