  • 3 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut in pieces
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • margarine or oil
  • Farmers or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can chicken broth

Directions

    Soak chicken in eggs overnight.

    Shake chicken pieces in Italian bread crumbs.

    Brown in oil or margarine.

    Put in casserole dish.

    Cover top of chicken with Farmers or Monterey Jack cheese.

    Pour 1 can chicken broth over top.

    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.
