- 1 stick oleo
- 3 eggs
- Italian bread crumbs
- 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 small cans mushrooms, drained
- 1 can College Inn chicken broth
Directions

1Debone chicken and cut into small/medium pieces.

2Soak in beaten egg for 8 hours.

3Roll chicken in bread crumbs.

4Brown in oleo in skillet.

5Place in casserole dish and cover with shredded cheese and mushrooms.

6Add chicken broth.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered.
