- 1 pound ground beef
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 mozzarella cheese halved
- 1 package spaghetti sauce mix pkt Lawry's, 1 5/8 oz, prep
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine meat, salt, pepper, and parsley.

2Shape into 6 cutlets.

3Dredge cutlets in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in crumbs.

4Sautee cutlets in oil until brown and place in a baking dish.

5Put Mozzarella slices on each cutlet, cover with sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes.
