  • 1 pound ground beef
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 mozzarella cheese halved
  • 1 package spaghetti sauce mix pkt Lawry's, 1 5/8 oz, prep
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Combine meat, salt, pepper, and parsley.

    Shape into 6 cutlets.

    Dredge cutlets in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in crumbs.

    Sautee cutlets in oil until brown and place in a baking dish.

    Put Mozzarella slices on each cutlet, cover with sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes.
