  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Directions

    Beat eggs and milk together until blended. Add tuna, cheese, salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Stir well.

    Spoon into pie crust. Bake at 425° for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown.

    Serve hot, cut into wedges.
