  • 5 boiled eggs, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 small can tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Melt butter.

    Add flour.

    When well blended, stir tomatoes, celery, onions and cheese into this.

    Cook until slightly thickened.

    Add salt and 1/3 teaspoon paprika.

    Turn into buttered casserole, sprinkled with bread crumbs.

    Dot with butter.

    Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
