- 5 boiled eggs, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 1 small can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add flour.

3When well blended, stir tomatoes, celery, onions and cheese into this.

4Cook until slightly thickened.

5Add salt and 1/3 teaspoon paprika.

6Turn into buttered casserole, sprinkled with bread crumbs.

7Dot with butter.

8Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
