  • 1 white onion
  • 1 shallot
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 4 oz of mozzerella cheese
  • 3 fresh tomatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • 4 fresh basil leaves
  • 8 oz of mushroom
  • 2 pnd of ground beef
  • 2 cups of Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
