  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sliced pitted olives
  • 4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except Mozzarella cheese.

    Layer cooked lasagna, cheese mixture and Mozzarella.

    Continue to layer until desired amount is reached.

    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly.
