- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks
- 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans apricots, drained and quartered
- 1 (29 ounce) can peach slices, drained
- 1 (29 ounce) can pear halves, drained and quartered
- 34 cup packed brown sugar
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving the juice.

2In an ungreased shallow 3 1/2 quart baking dish, combine the pineapple, apricots, peaches and pears; set aside.

3In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter cinnamon, ginger and reserved pineapple juice.

4Bring to a boil.

5Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes.

6Discard cinnamon sticks.

7Pour over fruit.

8Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
