  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) whipped topping mix
  • 4 eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Grease and flour 11 x 13-inch pan.

    Make cake according to box directions; pour into pan.

    Mix vanilla, sugar, eggs and cheese. Pour gently over cake mix.
