- 1/2 lb. almond paste
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. sifted flour
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. candied citron and cherries, chopped fine
- red or green cherries
- green citron
Directions

1Line aluminum foil on your cookie sheet.

2Work the almond paste with your hands.

3Then add sugar and egg whites.

4Constantly knead.

5Now add flour and powdered sugar.

6Now add fruit.

7Place 1/2 teaspoon of mix on the lined aluminum foil cookie sheet until all the mix is used.

8Put in refrigerator overnight.

9Next day bake at 300° 25 to 30 minutes.

10Decorate each cookie with a bright red cherry or green citron.
