Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) ground pork
- 8 oz (225 g) ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp dried onions
- 1/2 cup (50 g) bread crumbs
- 4 oz (100 ml) milk
- 1/2 cp (50 g) grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp flour
- pinch nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp chili pepper
- 1 tbsp steak rub
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 4 oz white wine
- 4 oz chicken broth
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450 F (230 C)

2mix all the ingredients except the white wine and chicken broth

3roll out into bite size balls

4place meatballs in a roasting pan and pour in the wine mixed with broth

5bake for 20 minutes
