Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) ground pork
  • 8 oz (225 g) ground beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp dried onions
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) bread crumbs
  • 4 oz (100 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cp (50 g) grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • pinch nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp chili pepper
  • 1 tbsp steak rub
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 oz white wine
  • 4 oz chicken broth

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450 F (230 C)

    mix all the ingredients except the white wine and chicken broth

    roll out into bite size balls

    place meatballs in a roasting pan and pour in the wine mixed with broth

    bake for 20 minutes
