- 4 potatoes, cut in slices
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. grated Italian cheese
- pinch of basil leaves
- Italian salami, cut in small pieces
- Salad Supreme season to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry potatoes in a little oil until tender.

2Stir constantly. Add eggs, cheese and Italian salami, beaten together.

3Do not stir. (Let form as a pie, about 5 minutes on low fire).

4Turn and cook on other side about 5 minutes.

5Turn onto plate as pie.

6Enjoy.
