Spinach Bread

- 1 lb. dough
- 1 pkg. fresh spinach, steamed and drained
- 1/2 c. black olives
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese or other cheeses
- Swiss or Provolone cheese, sliced (if desired)
Directions

1Fry the spinach with garlic, salt and pepper in a little olive oil.

2When almost done, add chopped olives to the fried spinach. Layer spinach on rolled out dough.

3Top with cheeses, as desired. Roll into jelly roll shape.

4Place on a lightly floured pan with seam on the bottom and the ends turned under.

5Lightly oil dough top, then make 3 diagonal slits across top with knife.

6Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
