- 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. chopped parsley
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine ingredients and stuff turkey or chicken lightly. Spoon out from cooked turkey in tablespoon size ovals on a platter for serving.
