- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
- 1 (8 oz.) frozen sliced carrots
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen cauliflower
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
- 1 (3 1/4 oz.) can ripe olives
- 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Thaw carrots, cauliflower, green beans and drain.

2Pour dressing over thawed vegetables.

3Add pimentos.

4Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.

5Drain.

6Combine vegetable mixture with cheese and mix lightly.

7Sprinkle with additional cheese before serving.
