Italian Style Pork Chop And Stuffing

- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 pork chops
- 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. chicken Stove Top
- 1 c. (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, divided
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet on medium-high.

2Add chops; cook until browned on both sides.

3Stir in stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, green pepper, oregano and pepper.

4Bring to boil.

5Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

6Remove from skillet.

7Stir stuffing mix and 1/2 cup of cheese into skillet.

8Place chops over stuffing.

9Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

10Cover.

11Remove from heat.

12Let stand 5 minutes.
