Italian Style Pork Chop And Stuffing

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 medium green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. chicken Stove Top
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions

    Heat oil in skillet on medium-high.

    Add chops; cook until browned on both sides.

    Stir in stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, green pepper, oregano and pepper.

    Bring to boil.

    Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

    Remove from skillet.

    Stir stuffing mix and 1/2 cup of cheese into skillet.

    Place chops over stuffing.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Cover.
