  • 1 loaf unsliced Italian bread
  • 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 -4 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 -1 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 large tomatoes, sliced thinly
  • 12 lb thinly sliced deli ham
  • 14 lb sliced provolone cheese
  • 14 lb thinly sliced hard salami

Directions

    Cut bread in half lengthwise.

    Hollow out the bottom half, leaving a 1/4 inch shell.

    Brush oil over cut sides of bread.

    Combine the Parmesan cheese and the oregano and sprinkle over the bread.

    On the bottom half, layer tomato, ham, cheese, and salami.

    Replace bread top and slice before serving.
