Ingredients

  • 1 lb. string beans, 2 inch pieces or broccoli florets or asparagus spears or mix some of each
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. grated cheese
  • pepper
  • fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped

Directions

    Steam string beans (or veggie of choice) for 5 minutes and drain.

    Heat oil in pan and saute vegetables for three minutes. Add bread crumbs, cheese and pepper.

    Toss together well.

    Top with fresh basil.
