- 1 lb. string beans, 2 inch pieces or broccoli florets or asparagus spears or mix some of each
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
- pepper
- fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Steam string beans (or veggie of choice) for 5 minutes and drain.

2Heat oil in pan and saute vegetables for three minutes. Add bread crumbs, cheese and pepper.

3Toss together well.

4Top with fresh basil.
